A Business Development executive at Premier Logic is tasked with improving our market position in the technology and digital professional services industry.

This person will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The business services revolves mostly around digital innovation consulting, design, user-experience, application architecture, application development, enterprise content & collaboration, and managed services.

The person will work with the internal team and managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Premier Logic. One of the keys to success is to not only identify potential projects that align with what we can deliver to a client, but to convert that potential into a signed, profitable endeavor that will lead to future business!



Approach clients in a planned, consultative and solution-oriented manner.

  • Proven ability to close net new business opportunities with a minimum revenue target of $2M per year
  • Bargain for access to decision-makers: Be able to gain access to those decision makers above and below the immediate customer to help diagnose the pain, develop the solution and to grow Premier Logic's business within that client.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Attend networking events on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and Premier Logic principals to enhance customer experience.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Ability to close and manage $100K plus engagements.
  • Unlimited income potential that is not capped.
